Deepak, is Founder & Director of Photonic Technologies LLP.  He has 35 plus years of experience in Laser & Electro-Optics Instrumentation. His research background includes development of CO2 Gas Lasers & Nd:YAG Solid State Lasers.
Prior to promoting Photonic Technologies LLP, he was leading the Laser sub-group in Development & Engineering (D&E) division of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for 30 years, which was mainly responsible for the development of New Products for Defense Forces of India. He was instrumental in design, development & production of Solid State Laser (Nd:YAG & Er:Glass) based non-Eye safe & Eye-Safe Laser Range Finders (LRF) & Laser Target Designators (LTD).
He also spent much time in conceiving & implementing Quality & Process Improvement Initiatives (QPII) in D&E, which helped in improving Product Quality, Project Management & Technology Planning activities.
Deepak holds a Master's degree in Physics & also worked as PMI, USA Certified Management Professional on Collaborative Projects.

Vinay is Co-founder & Director of Photonic Technologies LLP.   He has 30 plus years of rich experience in Laser & Electro-Optics Instrumentation.   His research background includes development of Gas Lasers, Solid State Lasers & Dye Lasers.

Prior to promoting Photonic Technologies LLP he was on the board of couple of companies engaged in Integration of small to medium scale, Grid-connect & Off-Grid Solar PV Systems, Project Management Consultancy support for Utility Scale Solar PV Systems & Energy Management Solutions. He also provided Industrial Consultancy in Electro-Optics Instrumentation for about 25 years.
Vinay holds a Master's degree in Physics & a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Lasers -Spectroscopy from University of Pune.
